For the past two years I’ve used your pictures of him on the Christmas card and I get so many compliments on how wonderful his picture is and how did you get him to pose like that! And I always say the photos are not really posed, but that you and Luke just interact and have fun. My favorite thing about your photos of Luke is how much they capture his personality and give you a sense of who is he is in that moment.

On my desk I have the picture of him, after you asked him how old he was, holding up five defiant fingers, claiming he was five years old, when he had just turned three that week. The confidence in his face in that shot is a perfect reflection of Luke at that age. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful the pictures are that you’ve taken of him and about how much they mean to me.”
