To round off our Celebrating Diversity – Babies series, I have a gorgeous 3-Month-Old session. This baby girl lit up the studio, and I had an amazing time showing her off. Look at those lashes! Are you kidding?! She and her sweet parents were such a joy to work with, and you can really see how proud these amazing new parents are of their nugget.
Soft, Girly and Simple 3-Month Session
Baby sessions are always fun. There is so much excitement from mom and dad, and they were thrilled to share their new love with their family in town as well as with extended family back home. This 3-month-old angel just glows. I wanted to make sure we didn’t take the focus away from this little girl, so to keep her at the center of attention, we kept to a very clean, simple setting and color palette. Which, as we all know, is my style. Nothing to overwhelm the little ones. Soft, subtle, girly touches are the perfect way to highlight without overwhelming the images with distractions.
Mom and Dad
New parents just glow. No matter how exhausted they are (and they all are) – the bliss and love of their new baby is stronger, and it shows. Getting Mom and Dad in some pictures is essential. The love and pride is undeniable and is part of what makes these family moments so special. Even if you think you look terrible, you will always love looking back on these photos. I encourage new parents to hop into a few of the images even if they are unprepared. They never regret it.
