Would you just look at this incredible baby? She may be THE CUTEST ever – and I mean including my own kids. It was such a treat to capture this little princess’ adorable personality. She just shines, even as a newborn. Newborn sessions are some of my favorite anyway, but babies like this one just make my job a piece of cake.
Girly Softness
The softness of a baby girl is like nothing else in this world. It is always fun coming up with new ways to encapsulate the feeling that is bringing a new little princess into this world. Every new mom loves breaking out the ribbons, bows, tutus and glitter for her baby’s first photo shoot. And that is so fun, but I really love how the subtle baby-pink background made this shoot everything. By using that as the main “prop”, we got to keep the outfits super simple, and I think it turned out so amazing.
But Baby Girls Wanna Have Fun, Too
Now, even though baby-pink is the color of baby girls… sometimes it is so fun to play with bold, dark colors. This deep teal is incredible! And… this chickee has a bow for every occasion, so it worked out in our favor. I am also obsessed with how sweet she looks against this stunning color. The dark against her porcelain-like skin, makes her look even more like a doll. Just so sweet.
