It wouldn’t be right to stop celebrating my gorgeous and diverse clients before we show off all the beautiful babies I get to work with. So, to keep the celebration going, September is going to be showcasing all of these incredible babies and children and some of their milestones.
Don’t Miss Milestones
Too often, I see moms that only photograph their baby as a newborn. But just think about how much your tiniest family member changes between the beginning and end of their first year. What about all that great stuff in the middle? At 3 months old they are pushing up on their fat little elbows and rolling over onto their backs to grab their toes! Around six-months-old they are sitting up and putting EVERYTHING in their mouth!
All along the way, their tiny personality is budding. They are learning so many fun tricks, but also leaving many things behind. You will never know when the last time they do that “super special cute thing that you love” will be. Like the way, they scrunch their tiny fat fist into their eyes – just so – when they are tired. Or how serious they look when they are concentrating so hard on grabbing their toes and they just…keep…missing. The entire first year of your baby’s life is also a crazy stressful time for many moms. I know, as a new mom, there is so much on your mind.
