This week, I’m sharing the first part in a two-part series of a Dallas Maternity Photos session, with this gorgeous family expecting twins. Mom and dad already had a preschool-aged little girl, and she was so excited to be a big sister. We had fun getting shots of her and her mom looking at their bellies together, along with other sweet “bump pics.” This family was so happy to be growing, and it was a pleasure to take photographs of them together.
For the maternity photo session, the mom wanted photos that captured the beauty of her pregnant body, so I draped her with a series of sheer and light fabrics of different textures and colors. (You would never guess she was pregnant with twins). The fabrics created a tasteful, elegant look for her maternity photo session, and she was thrilled with the results. She has artistic proof that she made it beautifully through nine months of a twin pregnancy, which is no small feat.

I took similar pictures of her with her twins on her belly as part of her newborn photos.
