Graduation may be a little ways off, but to make sure that you have photos covered for graduation announcements – you’ve got to start thinking about them now. Luckily, I got the chance to do this senior session with these dapper twins!

Season of Seniors

There is so much to think about with one graduating high school student, let alone two. Waiting to schedule a portrait session is not the way to go, especially waiting until the spring semester. It’s best to get a jump on it during the summer or winter semester so that you are all set for when your announcements need to go out.

Where to go?

Choosing a place for senior portraits is so stressful. But… this urban environment was amazing for these guys. I love utilizing the street art, and character, in Deep Ellum. It is such a cool part of town, and perfect for a subtle touch in your photos. There are so many nooks and crannies to find, that there is a spot for everyone. For these guys, I wanted to be sure that we found a spot that was just masculine enough- and I think it turned out incredible. Another touch that is fun to add to a senior session, is getting a couple of family shots in the mix. It is a great way to remember that season of life.
