As our Month of Maternity keeps moving, I wanted to share some studio Tips and Tricks for making the most of your maternity session and feeling as confident as possible during your photoshoot. Comfortability and confidence are key to any photo session, but especially maternity. There is already so much going on when you are growing a human, so your session should be as seamless and easy as possible. Here are a couple of my best tricks for making that possible.

Easy Diversity in Looks

One of the biggest things I urge mamas to do is preparing for a couple of different looks, that will not require much to switch between them. An easy easy way to do that is to do your hair in a way that is easily converted to another look. Going from an updo to hair down is super easy and changes the look of your shoot entirely. Especially if you switch outfits when you change our hair. In under 10 minutes, you have created two different looks that will look beautiful in the studio.

The Studio

I am really proud of my private studio, and the environment that it creates for photoshoots. When you walk into my studio, you will be the only client there. It is just you, me, and whoever tags along with you. I want you to feel as confident as possible, and as comfortable as can be. When you are comfortable and confident, you will look that way in your photos. The better you feel, the more you will love looking back at the photos for years to come.
