Sibling photography is one of the most wonderful gifts you can buy for yourself and your family. Professional photos will last forever and provide decades of memories and happiness. Some of my most precious possessions are pictures of my kids at different ages.
There are several families I’ve photographed multiple times over the years, like the family in today’s post. I shot the mom’s maternity photos for her first and second sons. I also also shot newborn photos, six-month-old photos, and one-year-old photos. This is the six-month session for her second boy. She decided to include her older son in the photos, too, which I think is a great idea. Sibling photography captures the relationship between children and creates beautiful family keepsakes. I have two children and I love looking back on photos of my young son playing with his infant sister. So sweet—those are precious memories.
Now onto today’s photos. The boys played well with each other during this photo shoot—the youngest was giggly and smiley the whole time. Even when he fell over, it didn’t faze him and his happy mood kept going strong. The older brother was affectionate with his little brother, creating the nicest photos.
