This session features a family with one of my Baby Plans, which includes 3 photo sessions covering the major milestones of the baby’s first year. We shot their daughter’s newborn photo session in their Dallas home, and for her mid-year photos they continued with the same in-home theme. This is a great house that lends itself to in-home photography with lots of natural light, and a lot of open space to maneuver around in.
As with the last time I was at their home, the family dog also wanted to be a part of the action. He probably tried to find his way into every shot, unless someone was holding him off-camera. Baby didn’t seem to mind that much, even when he snuck in to lick her face.
Their little girl is a happy, chubby 7-month old. She was so excited to be sitting up and watching what everyone was up to. She had the greatest happy smile and elated baby-squeal. She’ll be walking in no time, I’m sure, exploring the house, making Mom and Dad chase after her, and just generally tearing it up. Good luck mom and dad. 😉
