2015 is finally coming to a close, and it’s definitely been one busy year. Looking over my posts from the last year, I obviously got to work with bundles of babies and flocks of expectant mothers-to-be. Maternity photo sessions and Newborn photo sessions are my absolute favorites and I was happy to find that they amounted to over 75% of my business last year.

Here’s a round up of some of my top posts from this year in case you missed any.

Mommy Issues

Two of my top posts focused on nude and semi-nude maternity sessions. The post 5 Questions to Ask Before Booking A Semi-Nude Maternity Photo Session and it’s follow-up, Preparing for a Semi-Nude Maternity Shoot – 5 Things to Do, gave you some things to think about when considering and planning a nude or semi-nude session.

Another top maternity post, Three Ways to Embody “Mommy-ness” with Your Maternity Photos, gave you some good pregnancy photo inspiration, and a few different looks to try.

Wee Wonders

My post Don’t Forget – 6 Things to Bring to Your Newborn’s Photo Session aimed to help new parents out with a quick checklist of things to pack before heading out to their newborn’s photography session. Sleep deprivation is real!

A couple of top client session posts included a little one who was Snuggly In-Style, and sweet girl who was A Good Sleeper with Sweet Faces.

Playful Kiddos

Tons of people loved the pictures of this adorable girl wearing her mother’s wedding dress. See the full post here: Dress-Up Photos for Little Girl in Her Mother’s Wedding Dress

Nearly a year ago, this session produced some great holiday photos, as well as a 1-year cakesmash celebration. Read more about Christmas with a Cakesmash.

That’s it for 2015! I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful New Year! See you next year with even more photos from baby land.
